At Chispa Global Strategies, our team brings heart, cultural experiences, and the spark that drive meaningful change. Founded by Amber Ortiz Diaz, whose expertise in educational leadership and years of experience leading DEIA+ initiatives laid the foundation for our work, we are a collective of professionals committed to helping organizations turn thoughts of equity into daily practice. Our team partners with schools, nonprofits, businesses, and communities to build inclusive, culturally aware environments where people and organizations can thrive with clarity and purpose. We lead with Corazón (heart), bring in our own Cultura (culture), and Chispa (spark).

Amber Ortiz Diaz, Founder & CEO

Amber Ortiz Diaz holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership and brings deep expertise in racial equity, organizational change, and intercultural development. She is a Prosci® Change Management practitioner, an IDI Qualified Administrator, and trained in Targeted Universalism, allowing her to design strategies that advance equity while fostering inclusive systems.
